Compared to a lot of places we’ve taken the kids, this was such an easy visit. The parking was close by, so we didn’t have to deal with a long walk or any hassle getting everyone inside.

I did get help eventually, so I can’t say it was a bad experience, but the whole back-and-forth felt a bit slower than I expected and some of the replies were kind of confusing, so I spent more time than I wanted trying to figure out what they meant while waiting for the next response.

We had a really nice time at Crayola Experience, and a big part of that was how friendly the staff were. From the moment we checked in, everyone seemed genuinely happy to help, which made the whole visit feel easier.

My kids had a ton of questions, and the employees were patient every time. One staff member even helped us figure out where to go next, and I appreciated that they didn’t rush us or act annoyed. I also liked that everything with our tickets and email confirmation was simple to pull up, so we weren’t digging around for receipts at the entrance.

Overall, it felt welcoming and low-stress, which makes such a difference when you’re there with kids. We left in a good mood and would definitely go back again.

We had a good time overall! I just didn’t realize how long it would take to get through everything 😅 If your kids want to do every station, I’d plan for at least 3 hours, maybe even more. A few spots had lines, which slowed us down a bit. Still fun, just not the quick visit we thought it would be!

We had a really fun day here as a family. The kids were entertained the whole time, and the place is bright, colorful, and easy to enjoy. The staff were friendly too, which helped. My only real frustration was the waiting around at times, especially with kids who don’t love standing still for long. Other than that, it was a great day out

The annual pass ended up being a good deal for us. After going a couple of times, it basically paid for itself, especially with that one thing we always end up doing there

We actually had a really good time at the Crayola Experience. There was a ton for the kids to do, which was great because you know how fast they can go from excited to “I’m bored” like it’s an Olympic sport. Some stations were definitely better than others, and a few felt like we were just waiting around for something kind of okay, but there was enough variety that the kids stayed entertained for a few hours. It was crowded, which got a little annoying because people do not understand personal space, apparently, but overall it was still worth the trip.

We took our kids to Crayola Experience i was impressed with how clean everything felt. The floors, tables, and bathrooms all looked like someone was actually staying on top of it.

My kids had a great time and there were definitely plenty of fun things for them to do. That said, I’m patient, but I do expect lines to move a little better, especially at a place that’s made for families. We spent more time waiting than I would’ve liked. The kids definitely had a good time, so I’ll give them that. But some of the play and climbing areas felt way too crowded and not supervised closely enough. The staff we talked to were nice, but whoever runs this really needs to make sure someone is checking those spots more often. It just felt a little too loose for a place full of kids running around.

I think it was worth the money overall. The kids had loads to do, and we didn’t feel rushed at any point, which was nice. I did wonder if the food was a bit overpriced, and maybe we could’ve planned better and brought more snacks, but the ticket price felt fair for how long we were there. I’d probably go again

The gift shop had a few cute things, but I don’t know... for the prices, I expected a little more variety. The selection felt kind of limited. The kids still managed to find something small they wanted, so it was fine, just not really anything special...

My 9-year-old lost interest quickly, so I feel like this is mostly meant for little kids. Maybe if it had kept him busy longer I’d think differently, but for us it just didn’t really land.

It was actually chill when we went, not too crowded at all, and there weren’t any crazy lines. The kids got to do everything without much waiting, which was awesome. I kind of regret not planning to spend more time there.

I booked my tickets online and it did go through okay, but the website felt kinda slow and a bit confusing when I got to checkout. I still got my confirmation email fine, so no big issue there. Not a terrible experence, just wish the whole thing was a little smoother.

Bathrooms were clean. Stocked too. that helped a lot with the kids running around all day. No complaints

I found a spot quickly, which was a nice surprise. It did feel a little pricey, but from the way it’s set up, I’m guessing that’s just kind of expected for the area.

We had a really fun birthday party and the birthday kid absolutely loved it, which was the most important part. I just expected the party room portion to feel a bit more relaxed. It went by fast and felt a little rushed, so we didn’t have quite as much time to enjoy cake and gifts as I thought we would.

We took our two kids here and they had a great time . There were lots of hands-on things for them to do , like coloring , making little crafts , and trying out different activities , so they stayed busy way longer than I thought they would .

I liked that it was not just playtime either , because they had some simple learning bits about colors and how crayons are made . A few spots got crowded , but overall it was a fun , creative outing and I am glad we went .
